Over the last four years Heritage Log Homes, Inc. has been changing.  Listening to our customers has been the driving force behind these changes.  As the customer’s wants and needs have evolved Heritage has responded.  

For over 36 years Heritage has been designing, producing and delivering log and rustic homes. Innovation and technology are critical components in our formula for excellence.  We have patents on our product making it unique in the market and these patents assure superior quality in a Heritage log home. 

Within the last few years we have introduced new products and services through the following new divisions at Heritage:

• This is the primary product Heritage produces; a custom designed, milled product available in various log styles: 6x12 and 8x12 square logs hand hewn with a dove tail corner; 8 – 10 – 12 inch round logs and 8 inch “D” log (round on the outside flat on the inside.)

• Heritage designs and produces a custom log home with large logs all peeled, hewn, scribed and cut by hand.

• With this division Heritage works with developers interested in rustic structures for their developments.  We have experience in projects such as: log and rustic communities, multi-family units (condos & apartments) medical offices, retail stores, hotels & lodges.  The units are designed and produced by Heritage.

• Heritage offers interior design services.  Many of our commercial customers have utilized this service where we deliver design services for the interior space utilization and interior decorating assistance where we provide the furniture and furnishings.

• Timber frame is a different architectural style from logs.  Timber frame offers a different rustic appeal with the exposed timbers along with the mortis and tenon joinery and more refined wall finish options.

• This is an affordable log home utilizing a smaller log and conventional building materials for the roof structure.  This product offers something for the first time home buyer, the weekend retreat or the investor looking for a great rental home.

• Heritage offers through this product a full log panelized home.  The plans can also be customized.  The pre-constructed wall panels produced in the Heritage facility expedites the construction process thus reducing the overall cost of a project.

• Heritage has expanded our network to locations outside the U.S.  We are proud of our experiences in designing, producing and exporting products to customers in other parts of the world.  Here we have also had to focus on and create new designs that are influenced by differing cultures.

• Heritage produces many different components which make up a finished log or rustic structure.  Through this division we sell only the item a customer may need for that addition or the garage.  It may be log siding or hand peeled timbers for new accents to spruce up their home.
